These interviews include written and trade tests.

Responsibilities

  • To release advertisements in leading Indian Newspapers which have a wide circulation in the areas from where the maximum number of candidates suited for the required job can be located.
  • To screen, sort out and shortlist applicants in accordance with pre-qualifying criteria laid down by your organization.
  • To arrange and conduct Trade Tests/Interviews for certain categories as may be required.
  • To assist selected personnel to complete the Emigration wherever required from Protector of Emigrants.
  • To arrange medical examination of the selected candidates from the recommended clinics by respective Consulates/Embassies in India.
  • To maintain records of all personnel deployed to the clients.
  • To give orientation to the workers before departure about the customs, traditions and laws of the respective countries.

Engineering Services

  • Compile complete Project Planning Package as per Tender/ Bid Document
  • Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract
  • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
  • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly program and report
  • Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Construction Manager
  • Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
  • Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
  • Assistance in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
