MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NATURAL VENTILATION, SMOKE REMOVAL AND HOT GAS EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Maintenance Technician Natural Ventilation, Smoke Removal and Hot Gas Exhaust Systems for Romania, Europe

Role in the company:

Identifying the needs in the planning of preventive/corrective maintenance at the client’s headquarters;

– checking the interaction of smoke and hot gas exhaust installations with other fire prevention and extinguishing installations and devices;

Proven experience of at least 5 years in maintenance and repairs of smoke extraction and ventilation systems working on site (civil and industrial constructions);
Knowledge of maintenance processes for technical equipment in the field of smoke extraction and ventilation systems;

Commissioning, maintenance and repair of natural ventilation, smoke removal and hot gas exhaust systems, in case of fire;
Carrying out preventive/corrective maintenance at the client's headquarters for smoke extraction and ventilation systems, respectively:

operation of shutters, smoke hatches, windows and actuation elements,
manual and automatic control devices,
transmission and signaling installations and devices, fire detectors, manual triggers,
ensuring flow conditions, speed, pressure for mechanical smoke exhaust systems,
intake of fresh air to compensate for the exhaust smoke,
the correct application of ventilation principles for the evacuation of smoke and hot gases;

Responsible, orderly, organized person, able to respect the established deadlines and with team spirit;
Availability to work in a planned system with daily routes and suitable for working at height;
To have proven experience in projects from the following industries: State-owned institutions, Universities, Schools, Municipalities, Hospitals, Museums, Attractions, Sports Arenas, Hotels, Shopping Centers, Retail, Office Buildings, Banks, Logistics, Transport, Factories, Utilities;
To have proven experience with the systems/solutions/equipment's presented above and ideally to have experience with systems from the manufacturers listed above;
The ability to work on projects in compliance with the imposed deadlines;
