Specific Skills
Minimum 4-5 years of experience for paper machine rolls CNC continuous grinding and also he should be able to grind the following paper machine roll cover materials:-
- Steel.
- Composite.
- Soft rubber.
- Hard rubber.
- Polyurethane.
Responsible For
- Highly Skilled Grinding Machine Operator.
- Previous experience with Grinding Machine up to 2,000mm dia., 10,000mm length.
- Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers, including metric measurements.
- Familiarity with run out, taper, surface finish, tolerance, and blueprint readings.
- Computer skills required for communication and work creation purposes.
- Good mechanical aptitude and mechanical experience with good working knowledge and experience with powered hand tools.
- Some knowledge of hydraulics helpful.
- Experience using lift trucks and overhead cranes desired.
- Ability to train for operation of the machines.
